Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the full sales cycle of our SaaS solutions by driving outreach, qualification, and pipeline management activities. Responsibilities Qualify inbound demo requests, trial signups, and marketing-generated leads Conduct structured discovery to identify needs and assess fit Route qualified prospects to the Sales Executive with clear context and next steps Maintain response SLAs on inbound leads Research and engage target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot Execute personalized outreach sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn Book meetings and create opportunities aligned with ICP criteria Support the development of outbound campaigns with messaging and data cleanup Maintain accurate CRM data for all prospects, opportunities, and activity history Track deal progress, update stages, and ensure complete handoffs to the Sales Executive Assist with proposal preparation, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating procurement steps Monitor pipeline coverage and report on activity performance metrics Skills 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities Comfortable using automation and prospecting tools Curious, driven, and collaborative Company Overview DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions that help simplify complex marketing communications and operations workflow.
