Sales Development Representative (Spanish Bilingual)

As a Spanish Bilingual Sales Development Representative , you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads while prospecting new business opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish . You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them about our services and identifying their needs. Collaboration with Account Executives will be key to ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads and supporting the broader success of the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both languages, a strong work ethic, and the adaptability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Identify new lead prospects through internet research and social media Conduct outbound sales activities via calls, emails, and social channels using a sales engagement platform Manage outreach efforts to leads, the current client base, and identified prospects Perform cold and warm calls to engage with potential clients Extend the brand by developing content to educate potential customers on sales offerings Build and execute multi-channel outreach sequences Schedule meetings for Sales Team with key decision-makers (Manager, Director, C-level executives) Accurately document daily outreach activities, notes, and communication Respond to inbound leads and pass qualified prospects to the Sales Team Assist Sales Managers and Account Executives with new lead generation and opportunity creation Provide detailed notes and context to help ensure successful sales follow-through Requirements Requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales or business development experience Ability to lead and manage conversations, build rapport, and earn trust with prospective clients Strong consultative phone skills with the ability to clearly communicate value and handle objections Energetic, positive, and persistent with excellent follow-up skills and a can-do attitude Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively Comfortable working independently and in a team environment with shifting priorities Strong collaboration skills across departments such as Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel Experience with CRM systems preferred Note: This is a bilingual role – candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be considered. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps . Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM . Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam . A noise-canceling USB headset . A quiet, dedicated home office space . A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
