Overview: Evercam, a leader in advanced construction technology solutions, is seeking exceptional Sales Engineers to join our esteemed Global Mission Critical team. This role is paramount in orchestrating the holistic customer journey from pre-sales to project completion, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities: As a Sales Engineer at Evercam, you will be at the forefront of deploying our cutting-edge construction technology platform on some of the world’s most ambitious and complex construction projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in bridging technical, logistical, and compliance aspects, ensuring that every customer experience is of the highest calibre. • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to effectively communicate Evercam’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to enterprise clients, playing a crucial role in account penetration and expansion. • Technical Mastery: Serve as a subject matter expert with a comprehensive understanding of Evercam’s diverse product offerings, providing deep technical insights and solutions. • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work collaboratively with departments across Evercam, ensuring the customer’s voice and experience are conveyed internally, fostering a customer-centric culture. • Operational Coordination: Liaise with our Operations department to meticulously coordinate installation and site service logistics, ensuring flawless execution. • Customer Success Partnership: Align closely with the Customer Success team to maximise the value delivered to clients, enhancing their overall experience with Evercam’s solutions. • Feedback Integration: Offer valuable internal feedback and suggestions aimed at continuously improving the customer experience and product offerings. • Direct Customer Engagement: Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns directly, ensuring a successful resolution. • Detail-Oriented Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers on technical details, questions, and specific configurations, ensuring transparency and clarity. • Proactive Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, can-do attitude, adept at overcoming technical challenges and objections related to the adoption and implementation of Evercam solutions. • Adaptive Management: Thrive in a rapidly changing environment, efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects with precision and effectiveness. • Ability to Travel: You will be spending time on site with key customers to assess their needs and help co-ordinate logistics.
