Sales & Growth Associate

Common Wealth is Canada’s fastest growing group retirement provider, and they are seeking a Sales & Growth Associate to help expand access to better retirement outcomes for Canadians. This role involves supporting the sales team, closing deals, and improving sales operations while offering multiple paths for growth within the company. Responsibilities Close a subset of deals generated through our advisor network, particularly those supported by existing Account Executives Support Account Executives with deal preparation, follow-ups, and pipeline progression Participate in sales calls, demos, and deal reviews to build hands-on sales experience Own and maintain core sales assets, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and templates Identify gaps in sales enablement materials and work cross-functionally to improve them Partner with Sales leadership to analyze wins, losses, and pipeline trends Help improve how we use HubSpot through reporting, benchmarking, and sales analytics Use data to surface insights that improve deal quality, efficiency, and advisor experience Collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to support aligned go-to-market execution Skills Early in your sales or go-to-market career, with strong curiosity about how high-performing sales teams operate Comfortable balancing execution (closing deals) with analytical and operational work Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about process and quality Data-literate and excited to learn tools like HubSpot deeply A clear, proactive communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally Motivated by learning, ownership, and long-term growth Candidates located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to support periodic in-office collaboration Benefits Medical, dental and vision benefits Health Spending Account 5% employer match into our group retirement plan 4 weeks vacation Home Office Stipend Top of the line hardware Annual Learning & Development Budget Flex Holiday and Summer Friday Program Annual Company Summit Company Overview Common Wealth Retirement is a fast-growing fintech company that is on a mission to make it possible for every Canadian to achieve a financially secure retirement.
