Sales Representative (Remote) — AI Sales Intelligence Platform
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close. You’ll sell monthly recurring subscriptions to small-to-mid market B2B clients. This role is ideal for a self-directed, outbound-focused seller who enjoys building pipeline, running concise demos, and closing deals in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment. What You’ll Do • Identify and prospect qualified B2B leads using email, LinkedIn, and calls • Run short, high-impact demos that explain value in clear business terms • Manage your own pipeline and close monthly recurring subscriptions • Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging, ICPs, and pricing • Share market feedback to help shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy Who You Are • Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS, services, staffing, consulting, or agency sales preferred) • Strong outbound skills with consistent follow-up and closing ability • Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, fast-moving environment • Results-driven and motivated by performance-based incentives Bonus Points If You Have • Experience selling to staffing firms, consultancies, agencies, or founder-led businesses • Experience selling subscription or recurring-revenue products • A repeatable outbound system or playbook you’ve used successfully Compensation • Performance-based compensation structure with high upside per closed deal • Opportunity for recurring earnings tied to renewals (details to be discussed) • No cap on earning potential Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 per week Application Question(s): • Are you open to working on a fully commission-based role?
