Job Title –Salesforce Admin Location- Jamaica, NY- Hybrid Duration- 30 months Contract + Required Skills: • 84 Months of Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and administration • 60 Months of Experience in Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules • 60 Months of Experience in Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow • 60 Months of Experience in Proficiency in managing user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to ensure data security and access control • 60 Months of Experience in creating and optimizing reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights • 60 Months of Experience in Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange and the ability to recommend and integrate third party solutions • 60 Months of Experience in Understanding of Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, and de-duplication • 60 Months of Experience in Knowledge of Salesforce release cycles and the ability to adapt solutions to new features and functionalities • 60 Months of Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom development • 60 Months of Experience in Understanding of SOQL and SOSL for data querying Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
