We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Salesforce Developer to manage Salesforce systems with to meet business development requirements. Your role will bridge Salesforce and business, optimizing CRM operations while collaborating closely with commercial teams. This position is ideal for a Salesforce expert with strong technical acumen and a passion for building scalable, user-centric solutions. Key Focus Areas: ● Leverage Salesforce expertise to enhance sales operations and customer engagement. ● Do analysis work to translate business requirements into technical solutions. ● Collaberate with global team to handle global Salesforce solutions. ● Drive CRM health, security, and compliance in a fast-paced, global environment. ● Provide documentation and support to maximize Salesforce adoption across teams. Primary Responsibilities: ● Salesforce System Optimization: Ensure optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce systems, collaborating with remote teams for regular operations. ● Integrations & Customize Development: Oversee upgrades, configure integrations, and maintain system performance across the Salesforce platform and third-party tools. ● Data Management & Governance: Import/validate sales data (accounts, leads, contacts, etc.), manage permission settings, perform database diagnostics, and maintain CRM data integrity. ● Workflow & Automation: Build/manage roles, profiles, workflows, sharing rules, and custom dashboards to streamline business processes. ● User Support & Training: Train Salesforce users on system updates, new features, and troubleshooting. ● Product Design & Development: ○ Analyze requirements and transfer those into CRM features. ○ With Salesforce development skills to design and land new CRM features. ● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documents of configurations, permissions, and development. ● Cooperate with Sales Strategy and Sales, supporting the business growth. To Join Us, You Will Need: ● Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder (preferred). ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). ● Experience: ○ 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. ○ Proven experience in Salesforce custom development/design (e.g., APEX, Flows, Lightning Components). ○ Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce into product ecosystems, . ● Technical Skills: ○ Expert with access control and permission. ○ Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, middleware, and governance. ○ Proficiency in building custom reports, dashboards, and automation tools. ○ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. ● Soft Skills: ○ Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication. ○ Ability to work collaboratively in global, multicultural teams. ● Bonus Qualifications: ○ Experience in the financial services or FinTech sector. ○ Exposure to Ant Group technologies or similar platforms.
