We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join a collaborative and mission-driven organization. Supporting a robust leadership team—including the Managing Director and SVP—you will play a key role in managing membership data, compiling monthly analysis, and ensuring the department’s CRM operations run smoothly. Note on Urgency & Schedule: This is a potenial temp-to-hire hybrid opportunity based in Washington, D.C., and we are looking for candidates who can interview and start immediately. Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday) • Hybrid: 3 days onsite in D.C. / 2 days remote salary: $24 - $28 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Data Management: Maintain membership data within Salesforce to ensure all information is accurate, current, and properly segmented • Reporting & Analysis: Compile comprehensive monthly membership reports and perform data analysis for both internal leadership and external stakeholders • CRM Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison to the CRM team for all projects involving Salesforce, EveryAction, Upland, and other integrated platforms • Chapter Support: Process and distribute monthly membership reports and quarterly cash reports to national chapter leaders, ensuring they have the data needed to succeed • Administrative Integration: Support the program team with administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of membership initiatives and outreach Skills • SalesForce.com • Secretary - Admin Assist Qualifications • Years of experience: 2 years • Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
