Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administratorto support our sales and support organization in maximizing the effectiveness of Salesforce across the full client lifecycle. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, efficient sales processes, and ongoing support for Salesforce users. You’ll work closely with the Salesforce Director to support cross-functional teams, serving as the first line of support for CRM and related tools by diagnosing sync errors, workflow issues, and user challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve Salesforce user-submitted support cases in a timely and efficient manner • Assist in onboarding and training of new users on best practices and company-specific processes • Maintain and enhance Salesforce documentation, user guides, and knowledge base • Oversee contract and template management within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Monitor and report on performance and pipeline metrics, providing data-driven insights • Administer lead & case routing rules to ensure timely and accurate follow-up • Assist in creation of Flows for automation to better support front end user efficiency • Assist in maintaining field, layouts, profiles, sharing rules and other back end elements of Salesforce. • Collaborate with other departments to support broader Salesforce initiatives and enhancements Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: • Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals; Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams • High level of professionalism and accountability in handling sensitive data and deadlines Education & Experience: • 1-2 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin, sales operations, or administrative support role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
