Position: Salesforce Business Analyst/Trainer Public Trust (Remote Eastcoast) Employer Industry Technology Services and Consulting Why consider this job opportunity • Salary up to $166,810 • Remote work authorized, providing flexibility for your work environment • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global advisory firm • Engage in meaningful projects that support federal government initiatives • Work within a diverse and inclusive workplace that values collaboration and expertise • Comprehensive benefits package, including reasonable accommodations for those in need Job Responsibilities • Analyze current business processes and gather requirements for the Salesforce-based solution • Create detailed user stories, workflows, and system requirements to facilitate development on Salesforce’s Government Cloud Platform • Document processes, specifications, and user guides required for project deliverables • Deliver user training to ensure effective adoption of the new Salesforce system • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and team members to ensure project alignment Required Qualifications • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least one Salesforce project • 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite • 1+ years of experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation • Must have a Public Trust or an active Secret clearance • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder is required due to federal contract requirements Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline • Understanding of DoT and federal government security standards • Experience working with federal government clients, particularly DoT • Familiarity with Salesforce functionality and use cases • Salesforce Business Analyst certification, Salesforce Administrator certification, or meaningful Trailhead badge attainment #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
