An A360 Sr CRM-A Developer will work alongside project team members to implement and deliver on user stories, documentation and data validation for our Analytics Implementation Projects & Managed Services accounts. Your main tasks will include ingesting data from a variety of sources and transforming into meaningful insights from the customer. You will work closely with internal team members, including project managers, architects and consultants. While you often won’t interact with client stakeholders directly, you will work with the Consultant internally who acts as the Voice of the Customer. You possess a passion for problem-solving, visual storytelling, and analysis to help clients succeed. You serve as the Hands on Keyboard Expert for the delivery of Analytics projects. About you • A team player with a positive demeanor with good interpersonal skills with respect to internal interactions and relationships. • Service-oriented and innately driven to produce outstanding analytical solutions and results. • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent written communication skills • Analytical and prone to logically and methodically work through problems • Possess a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Enjoys discovering, learning about and implementing new technologies Primary Responsibilities • Ask clarifying questions and call out dependencies to deeply understand business and technical requirement needed to implement Analytics solutions • Act as the primary driver in the execution of all project development phases including development, data validation and quality assurance testing, documentation, feedback incorporation and deployment. • Develop data models that perform well under large data volumes as-well as enable scalability for future Analytics use-cases • Collaborate with data team members on activities that might require development in a data workload (ex. Data warehousing, Python transformation, etc.) • Prepare data using declarative tools such as Tableau Prep to enable performant, consistent and scalable Analytics • Create business process flows, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, visualization wireframes per the user stories and acceptance criteria. • Work closely with team members to ensure deliverables meet requirements; create and maintain documentation as required • Execute testing against user stories and test plans against all phases of an engagement, including test scenario execution, testing results documentation and defect tracking and resolution • Create and contribute to project documentation as required • Own the configuration and declarative build tasks within the Analytic platform (ex. Tableau, CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery) • Contribute to a collaborative team environment through internal knowledge sharing and skill development • Identify dependencies and process improvements to maximize the opportunity to deliver customer delight with deliverables • Continuously expand learning areas, whether on new Analytic platforms or new technologies such as Python, Snowflake or otherwise/ Required Qualifications • Minimum Two (2) years of experience in real world client projects as the role of a technical lead or developer. • Minimum 2 years experience in a Analytic development environment (Tableau preferred) • Minimum 1 years Experience with Agile project methodology as the role of individual contributor. Including basics of backlog management, user story estimation, acceptance criteria and sprint planning • Tableau Certified Desktop or Data Analyst, SnowPro Certifications or other related certifications • Work experience with a professional consulting organization a plus; exposure to business analysis and related tasks • Working understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle and understand SDLC/ Waterfall and Agile concepts • Practical and applied knowledge of software development best practices such as requirement tracking/documentation and feedback review cycles • Familiarity with cloud based, enterprise level packaged applications • Able to work standard hours 3PM IST - 12AM IST • Design and develop industry leading visualizations for clients • Design and implement comprehensive data models based on a variety of data sources and models • Front end development experience (HTML, CSS, JS, etc.) is highly beneficial Apply tot his job
