State of Ohio - JFS - Product Specialist 4 / PS4 (Salesforce System Administration, Copado Administration)- 777305 (Remote) Closing Date: 9/28/2025 Fingerprinting is required Job Description: • Create and manage changes to the system. • Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability. • Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations • Manage system changes without interruption to the user • Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses • Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance • Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience • Document company processes and workflows • Develop process documentation and field maps • Create new processes and associated reporting • Import data as appropriate • Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC • Monitor and improve data quality • Create and maintain dashboards • Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance Required/Desired Skills • Salesforce System Administration • Copado Administration • Copado DevOps operations • Ownbackup data backup and recovery • Ownbackup data seeding • Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures • Apex code • Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desired Compensation: $59.00 - $70.00 per hour About SR International INC SR International has been a leading name among the IT consulting companies with offices in US and India.
