Seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in workflow automation, social media management, and video editing. This role supports day-to-day operations, content execution, and systems automation across multiple platforms. Applicants who submit generic, copy-paste responses will not be considered. Role Overview You will be responsible for supporting operational workflows, automating repetitive tasks, managing and scheduling social media content, and editing short- and long-form videos. This role requires someone who is technically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Automation & Tools Build and maintain automations using tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms Automate workflows involving Google Workspace, forms, CRM tools, email platforms, and task management systems Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing workflows Maintain documentation for automations and processes Social Media Management Schedule and manage content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips, captions, and posts Upload videos, optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails Maintain a content calendar and ensure posting consistency Monitor comments and messages and flag items requiring attention Nice to have - Video Editing Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts) Add captions, overlays, transitions, and basic motion graphics Ensure videos align with brand tone and quality standards Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports Administrative & Operational Support Manage tasks and follow-ups using project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, etc.) Coordinate files, folders, and documentation Assist with basic client communications when required Support ongoing system and process improvements Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Assistant Strong working knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar) Comfortable using SaaS tools and learning new platforms quickly Excellent written and spoken English Strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or online businesses Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, or content repurposing workflows Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or creators Preferred (Nice to Have) Hands-on video editing experience using tools such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Work Arrangement Remote Part-time to start, with potential for increased hours based on performance Flexible hours with clear deadlines and accountability How to Apply When applying, include: A brief explanation of your experience with automation tools Examples of social media accounts or content you’ve managed Examples of videos you’ve edited, if any The tools you are most comfortable working with Applications that do not directly address the above will not be reviewed.
