You will be responsible for promoting and executing business strategies for our customer supporting payment methods, driving both new customer acquisition and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Impact and execute the marketing strategy of arenaflex's customer funding products, driving both new customer acquisition and retention * Direct daily business activities of our funding programs, including payment handling or settlement issues, liaising with internal partners across Finance, Misrepresentation, Request Handling, and Deals and Administration groups to drive goals * Analyze program execution, identify trends, and set out opportunities for improvements while responding to deviations from the original plan quickly and decisively * Support critical relationships with your program's external partners to amplify business opportunities available * Collaborate with functional leads in Item, Designing, Research to impact and drive initiatives that improve the customer experience while driving productive growth to arenaflex * Ensure drives on our guide are launched on time, are of high quality, and meet the critical metric targets * Stay up-to-date with industry expertise and blend opportunities from market and competitive trends **What You'll Need** * 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, business process, startup/tech, or finance * Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to use information from multiple sources to tell a compelling story, tailor communication style based on the audience, and influence others * Ability to truly collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive results * Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and comfort getting deep into the data; experience building a strategy based on data-driven insights * Ability to manage multiple priorities, advance quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Comfort in making decisions from data and making suggestions based on flawed data * Ability to claim and execute on solutions for complex issues independently * "Get stuff done" attitude - ability to focus in and connect deeply with examiners and directors, across different groups and plans, to achieve what needs to be done * Proficiency in Excel, SQL/BigQuery or other analytical tools liked **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Career Growth Opportunities**: arenaflex is committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
