The Role: Senior Associate - Digital Product Management As a Senior Associate - Digital Product Management, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering features for our Google Chrome Payments product. You'll work closely with a team of engineers to develop robust user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering against the Google x Amex product roadmap, features, and backlog for delivery to market Owning and defining Google data transformation workstreams, partnering with internal data teams to identify opportunities to enhance data availability and glean insights on our products Partnering closely with a team of engineers, defining robust user stories and acceptance criteria to deliver features Working cross-functionally with business development, internal colleagues, and external partners to shepherd products through the development process, advocating to create the best outcomes Identifying industry trends, leveraging data, and drawing insights from customer feedback to continuously improve the product and refine the backlog Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A passion for outstanding products and services, with the ability to empathize with customers and articulate product functionality Experience partnering with engineering and the product development process; known as a business person who can talk tech Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify key questions, make product decisions, and assess how pieces of the puzzle interact and affect the overall project Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive teamwork and deliver results Curiosity to know how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to make connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong bias toward action Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: 3+ years of Digital Product Management experience Experience in conducting data analysis and synthesis from product experimentation, user research, and product performance, and using findings to inform a product roadmap A track record of delivering high-quality products and features that drive meaningful customer outcomes What We Offer At American Express, we're committed to supporting our colleagues' holistic well-being.
