Job Summary As a Senior Associate in our Accomplice Backing Group (PAT), you'll play a critical role in supporting Wayfair's most valued providers. You'll work closely with our providers to understand their pain points, develop plans to address those issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive short-term improvements and long-term enhancements to the provider experience. If you're a proactive and empathetic problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Work directly with a portfolio of top providers to understand their support challenges, scope and develop plans to resolve those issues, and implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Navigate different levels and departments within Wayfair to connect with the right teams to handle provider cases, drive root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Extract and communicate valuable insights and learnings with partners to create a shared perspective around provider concerns. Serve as a relationship owner with provider classes within your portfolio and their provider relationship managers on behalf of the team. Foster positive and productive relationships with cross-functional teams and act as your provider's internal advocate within Wayfair. Proactively identify emerging support concerns and resolve them without prompting from the provider. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating with external and internal partners at various levels, including senior leadership. Creative problem-solving skills to analyze and determine root causes of issues and influence cross-functional partners to implement solutions. A track record of taking on challenges and delivering results despite obstacles and limited resources. A positive, optimistic outlook to execute against a variety of initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, highly motivated self-starter, and extremely organized. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer support or account management role. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
