Established (20)+ Years Premier California-Based Firm Seeking Senior Employment Litigation Attorney - 100% Remote An established mid-sized California employment and labor law firm with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team in a fully remote arrangement. This Attorney will have extensive experience with California employment litigation, including defending PAGA actions and wage-and-hour class actions, while providing strategic advice to employers on compliance and risk management. Offer Salary range: $250,000-$300,000, contingent on experience Multiple bonus opportunities Excellent health benefits 401(k) plan Comprehensive perks and benefits Annual billable hour requirement: 1600 Qualifications The candidate must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be an active member of the California Bar. The candidate should have a minimum of ten years of experience in California employment litigation. Extensive experience defending PAGA claims and wage-and-hour class actions is required. The candidate must have a proven track record in handling complex litigation and delivering successful outcomes. Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential. The candidate must be able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities The Attorney will lead and manage complex employment litigation matters, including PAGA actions and wage-and-hour class actions. The Attorney will represent employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative forums. The Attorney will handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals. The Attorney will provide strategic advice to clients on employment law compliance and risk management. The Attorney will collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership through seminars and publications.
