Senior Brand Designer Location: Remote - USA Target Start Date: January 30, 2026 Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing Job Summary Good Clean Love is entering a transformative era. We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join us on this journey - someone who can not only execute at the highest level but also learn, sustain, and evolve this work to build long-term brand equity. As our Senior Brand Designer, you will be the champion of design excellence, ensuring our vision remains consistent across every touchpoint. This is a role for a mid-level senior designer with 7+ years of experience who possesses an obsession for detail, a refined aesthetic taste, and the strategic mindset to push our brand beyond advertising and into culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Brand Stewardship Vision & Equity: Act as an informed design expert and trusted partner to the Sr. Marketing Director to steward the brand’s visual evolution and maintain long-term equity. Creative Excellence: Exhibit outstanding creative judgment, consistently raising the bar and pushing work to be more emotionally resonant and culturally relevant. Strategic Optimization: Use data and insights to optimize creative assets, balancing immediate performance needs with high-level brand storytelling. Innovation & AI: Identify and experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and AI- powered workflows. Foster AI adoption within the team to improve speed, scalability, and creative innovation. Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry shifts in brand design and CPG to ensure Good Clean Love remains a category leader. Tactical Execution & Project Management Hands-on Design: Create high-fidelity assets across all touchpoints, including digital graphics (web, social, CRM), motion graphics, video content, CPG packaging, and traditional print. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing, E- commerce Manager, Social Manager, and Copywriter to bring holistic campaigns to life. Agency Partnership: Act as the primary design point of contact for external creative, social media, and e-commerce agencies; provide creative direction, feedback, and asset oversight to ensure all agency-produced work meets our new brand standards. Brief Interpretation: Interpret marketing briefs, ask clarifying questions, and manage project logistics including concept, bandwidth, and deadlines. Freelance Management: Manage and direct two freelancers specialized in packaging design and social asset design to ensure brand alignment. Production Oversight: Produce and edit photography and videography for social and web, ensuring a high-quality library of assets for both organic and paid marketing. Platform Management: Apply graphic and content updates to the website, Amazon, and retail partner channels. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally within the CPG or wellness space. Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing both brand-building work (identity systems, narrative storytelling) and growth-focused design (A/B testing, paid social, lifecycle marketing). Technical Mastery: Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), motion graphics, and video editing software. AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into the creative process for enhanced workflow and innovation. Communication: Proven ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders and executive staff. Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Management to develop and execute cohesive, impactful brand identities. Familiarity with market trends, visual design software, and industry best practices, coupled with a creative and innovative mindset. Tactical Range: Deep understanding of typography, brand systems, and marketing fundamentals. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 (Based on experience). Equity: This role is eligible for equity in Good Clean Love.
