Job Summary As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will be responsible for leading support capabilities or tasks for various business gatherings and contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives. You will ensure the productivity, quality, cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned activities. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities Lead support capabilities or tasks for various business gatherings and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives Ensure productivity, quality, cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned activities Research moderately complex business, functional, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, fundamental knowledge of organizational procedure and Business Execution, and comprehension of global business Work autonomously to make suggestions for support capability by offering help and initiative Aid in the preparation and execution of different projects and initiatives that might include risk mitigation, efficiency, and client experience Collaborate and communicate with team leaders in developing project plans, solutions, and methods Provide leadership in the management of relationships and execution of projects, services, and initiatives with cross-functional colleagues Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years of Business Execution, Execution, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Preferred Qualifications Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills 3+ years of Home Loaning experience General understanding of Home Loaning Activities which might include Home Protection, Money, Escrow, Abandonment, Property Management, or potentially Chapter 11 Knowledge and comprehension of Shared Hazard Stage (SHRP) Familiarity with Wells Fargo RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) instrument Knowledge of enterprise or functional risk management framework Experience in issue analysis, solution execution, and change management Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and impact business cases Meeting facilitation insight to impact and lead conversations that result in agreement and accountability Ability to express complex ideas in a clear way to various levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to work and impact effectively inside a matrix environment and build effective business networks with all levels of colleagues Demonstrated ability to execute in a fast-moving, dynamic environment while balancing different needs Technical insight: MSP, ICMP, LoanSphere, Reporting and Applications Entry for Adjusting (RAP), Indigo, or potentially JIRAA Work Expectations This position requires compliance with all home loan administrative requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies connected with these requirements, including satisfactory personal verification examination results.
