We are seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Systems team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing processes, improving data quality, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. As a Staff Business Systems Analyst specializing in GTM technologies, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges, define solutions, and lead implementations that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. If you have experience with business process automation, system integrations, and data‑driven decision‑making, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in understanding and optimizing Sales and Marketing processes, Customer Success workflows, and Revenue Operations. • Lead end‑to‑end analysis and optimization of critical business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and scalability. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. • Serve as the subject matter expert in system integrations, workflows, and data management. • Own and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process improvements. • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency using low‑code / no‑code platforms and integrations. • Partner with IT and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across various platforms and business units. • Champion data governance and compliance, ensuring system data integrity and security best practices. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend enhancements to the GTM tech stack. Qualifications • 6+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or GTM Systems Analyst in SaaS or technology‑driven organizations. • Development experience with Salesforce (APEX), Hub Spot (Workflows with Python / JS) and deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions. • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
