Senior Consultant - Credit Risk Solutions

Responsibilities • Act as main point of contact for customer to enable successful solution implementations • Partner with Credit Risk Solution on overall product management and development activities • Work with Sales and the Business Vertical to ensure customer needs are met • Communicate effectively with technical product managers and architects • Interact heavily with Global Delivery and other matrix partners to establish a playbook for efficient and effective processing and delivery of solutions across customer segments • Be an additional voice for Credit Risk Solutions; articulate solution capabilities as well as vision/roadmap • Provide important voice of customer feedback to appropriate Solutions groups to inform product development, collateral, and roadmap • Overcome technical and operational hurdles, enabling both short-term and long-term fixes to various challenges • Ensure proper compliance and legal requirements are maintained at all times • Play an active part in Swarm program management as necessary Requirements • 5 -7 plus years of experience in the credit industry preferred • Bachelors Degree required • Experience in managing large-scale initiatives preferred (formal project management experience a plus) • Knowledge of credit/FCRA data and applicable non-FCRA data • Proficient use of Microsoft applications • Solid organizational skills including attention-to-detail and multi-tasking • Strong communication skills; written and verbal • Excellent in-person and online presentation skills • Self-starter / independent worker; ability to adhere to deadlines while working on a variety of initiatives • Critical thinker and problem solver Benefits • Flexible time off for exempt associates • Paid time off for non-exempt associates • Up to 12 paid holidays per year • Health benefits (including medical, dental, and vision plan options and health spending accounts) • Mental health support • Disability benefits • Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave • Adoption assistance • Fertility planning coverage • Legal benefits • Long-term care insurance • Commuter benefits • Tuition reimbursement • Charity gift matching • Employee stock purchase plan • 401(k) retirement savings with employer match • Access to TransUnion's Employee Resource Groups Apply tot his job
