Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting our Customer Solutions Outbound Mail Handling process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Senior Customer Solutions Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will be essential in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries requesting documents, such as account statements, copies of adverse action letters, media, debt validation letters, and extensions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Sort and separate documents generated daily, maintaining organization and attention to detail. Correlate outgoing cover letters with necessary enclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve mutual client/customer satisfaction, driving high-quality standards and excellence in every interaction. Ensure compliance with arenaflex Operating Instructions, federal and state regulations, and client contract agreements, maintaining a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and provide feedback on queues, ensuring compliance with cycle time requirements and optimizing processes for efficiency and productivity. Drive problem resolution, leveraging superior problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. Essential Qualifications Minimum 9 months of Customer Service, Collections, Fraud, or Operations experience responding to customer requests, inquiries, or complaints. Proficiency in computer-based programs, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Internal Candidates: Minimum of 6 months in current role, with satisfactory performance and no active formal or final formal corrective action. Ability to work a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Must work in the Cincinnati/West Chester office as an essential employee, with no option for remote work. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a hourly rate range of $22.00 - $28.50/hr USD Annual, eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
