The Role: Senior Customer Success Manager As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be the linchpin in driving customer success, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to our customers. Reporting to our Director of Customer Success, you'll be an integral part of our customer-centric team, working closely with Sales, Services, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships, risk, and revenue, ensuring alignment with customer goals and outcomes Build trust and create meaningful relationships with champions and key executives within each account, driving adoption and value realization Serve as the voice of the customer within blithequark, advocating on behalf of customer issues and needs Conduct Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to align on goals, outcomes, and value realization Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to drive renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities Identify risk and execute cross-functional risk mitigation plans to ensure customer success Identify product improvements by staying current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors Embody and promote blithequark's Values of Care, Do, Try, and Shine!
