Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Data Analyst you will not only bring technical expertise but also a deep understanding of business operations and strategy. Your work will directly influence decision-making and help shape the future of our organization through actionable insights drawn from complex datasets. As a senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with the company’s goals. You will be expected to discuss analytical approach with business stakeholders and end users by understanding the key needs of the business and how data can support this. Key Responsibilities : KPI development and interpretation : Develop new KPI’s and improve existing ones, in collaboration with business, and translate the potential that lies within the KPI’s for the business Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance and product) to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Ability to work in multiple workstreams in parallel, and independence to reach results, are key assets for this role. Problem-Solving : Identify data-related issues and ability to creatively work to resolve them to ensure continuous flow of reliable data. Data Quality Assurance : Ensure data validity, consistency, and integrity across all datasets used for analysis. Process Improvement : Recommend improvements in data processing, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making. Tool Utilization : Maintain and develop flows within Microsoft SQL and Microsoft cube technology (analysis server) Qualifications : Education : Advanced degree in STEM subjects, Economics or related field. Experience : 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role or a similar position. Experience with customer analytics and business KPI’s strongly preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) mandatory. Experience in Python preferred. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret complex datasets. Communication : Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
