Job Summary As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience team, you'll serve as a data expert on a balanced team engaged in a key CX initiative for the company. You'll combine business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations in your domain. Your primary focus will be on continuous discovery and data exploration, with the goal of becoming an expert on customer data and driving business decisions through advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities Data Expertise : Be the data expert on a balanced team engaged in a key CX initiative for the company, combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations. Continuous Discovery : Conduct continuous discovery and data exploration to understand the data domain for your assigned initiative better than any other resource in the company. Data Storytelling : Use data to tell stories, make decisions, and answer questions, and track the benefits of actions by the CX team using multiple stitched data sources. Dashboard Development : Create and maintain advanced SQL queries that power dashboards, and develop front-end dashboards in tools like Tableau. CX Data Platform : Help design the new CX data platform, create base queries and documentation to assist business teams in connecting to this new data source, and respond to ad hoc analytics requests. Essential Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Experience : 7 years of work experience, with 1-2 years of data analysis experience (4-6 years for a senior position). Skills : Advanced analytics techniques, SQL, data management, process analysis, and improvement. Communication : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience : 1-2 years of experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement. Skills : Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Leadership : None required, but experience in a leadership role is a plus. Skills and Competencies Analytical Ability : High degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity. Interpersonal Skills : Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment.
