About the Role: Senior Data Analyst in Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) team, specifically in the Air Terminal Customer Assistance (ACS) Resource Planning department. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving business success by providing strategic insights that inform operational decisions. This role is based in a remote setting, offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you're looking for. Key Responsibilities: Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives and present findings to senior leaders. Examine trends in ACS resource planning and stay ahead of the curve. Extract and analyze data from various sources to inform models and project development. Develop new data sources and essential analytical models to drive business outcomes. Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and opportunities. Create complex reports and analyses with direction from leaders and support process improvement initiatives. Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives. Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders, providing insights that drive results. Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Essential Qualifications: Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams. Strong player with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. Capacity to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment. Experience with MS Office.
