Key Responsibilities Data Collection and Cleaning: Ensure accurate and reliable data by gathering, preprocessing, and validating data from various sources to maintain its quality and integrity. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data, uncover patterns, trends, and insights, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations for business improvement. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, aiding in data-driven decision-making processes. Manage projects and prioritize tasks based on business value, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with product managers, leadership, and other stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business processes. Essential Qualifications 3-5 years of analytics experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, supporting Product or Finance functions. Experience building or maintaining analytics infrastructure, either as the sole analyst or on a small team. Proficiency in configuring data movement through pipelining tools such as Fivetran or Hightouch. Fluency in data visualization, modeling, and dashboarding, with a strong understanding of SQL and its daily application in data transformation. Ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa. A high sense of empowered agency, with the capacity to take action quickly and effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience in causal modeling, including A/B Testing, Regression Analysis, and Uplift Modeling. Familiarity with our tech stack, including SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Omni, Hightouch, HubSpot, Fivetran, and GitHub. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role is $125-145k base, determined based on relevant experience and industry standards.
