We're committed to creating a workplace culture that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our colleagues' well-being. **The Opportunity** As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's responsible for transforming and innovating our VOC method. This involves working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile technology team to design, build, and implement a robust data architecture that supports our customer listening strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs for our VOC method * Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels * Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic, physical, and mental well-being through various programs and resources * Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid, onsite, or remote options depending on position and business needs * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location) * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds application * Career development and education opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data professional who is passionate about innovation and collaboration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
