About Us Our team is responsible for developing large-scale data products that fuel the Disney brand's journey, including Disney's Parks and Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, and Disney Vacation Club. As a Senior Data Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving the development of cutting-edge data products that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of data modeling, data contracts, and data products that meet business requirements and adhere to strict governance, risk, and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure data solutions are accurate, measurable, and strategically aligned with the overall data strategy. Develop and execute data product strategies that drive business outcomes and meet financial goals and objectives. Oversee the integration of financial data from multiple sources into a unified platform, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, acceptance criteria, and service levels to ensure successful delivery of data initiatives. Work closely with internal business partners and technical experts to drive data innovation and excellence. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience delivering data solutions, including directly leading engineering resources and studios. Strong background in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions. Expertise in data modeling design and documentation, following the full delivery life cycle from business engagement to physical data design and project delivery. Deep technical skills in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK). Experience with streaming data processing concepts, including batch and real-time in-the-moment understanding creation and distribution. Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to communicate and influence across the organization, including Executives. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience. Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry. Strong understanding of data engineering delivery practices, with the ability to address skills and processes to various levels of the organization.
