Job Description As a Senior Direct Commerce Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing and eCommerce programs. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving growth through email marketing, WordPress, and WooCommerce platform management, while supporting broader digital initiatives. You will manage projects across key areas including email campaign development, website management, SEO, digital shelf optimization, and social media execution for assigned brands and channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver engaging customer experiences, expand online assortments, and optimize campaigns across the funnel to maximize ROI. As part of the Water Filtration Commerce team, you will also contribute to the commerce roadmap and playbook—implementing digital best practices, scaling direct-to-consumer stores, and partnering with brand and creative teams to deliver impactful content and messaging. Job Responsibilities • Lead development, execution, and performance optimization of email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automated journeys, promotional blasts). • Manage and maintain company WordPress and WooCommerce websites, ensuring site stability, enhancements, and content updates. • Oversee SEO strategies and ongoing updates to improve visibility, rankings, and traffic. • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to produce effective content for digital shelf excellence (titles, A+ content, bullets, images, video). • Support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for websites and direct-to-consumer stores, including user experience and KPIs. • Translate analytics into actionable insights for email, content marketing, SEO, and social campaigns. • Partner with digital and data teams to improve workflows and internal tools (including CMS and content management systems). • Manage relationships with cross-functional partners such as Supply Chain, Logistics, and Business Intelligence to support digital initiatives. • Explore opportunities with influencers and affiliates for co-marketing and cross-promotion. • Ensure brand presentation and compliance across retailer and marketplace channels. • Contribute to the ongoing commerce roadmap and playbook to drive digital maturity. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred). • 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on email marketing and eCommerce program execution. • Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce site management. • Strong knowledge of SEO tactics, digital shelf content, and campaign optimization. • Experience managing direct commerce, eCommerce, omnichannel, and website programs. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills. • Ability to lead projects independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). • Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, MailChimp, Affiliate Tools like Everflow, etc. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Shopify Plus or other eCommerce platforms. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms. • Exposure to CMS or DAM tools as part of broader digital workflows. • Knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or other marketplace management tools. Travel Expectations: Less than 5%. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $140,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
