The Senior Director - Operations, IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions provides subject matter expertise centered around continuous improvement and business insights. This role leads initiatives to ensure successful execution of KPIs, delivery on operational productivity, and drives successful change management throughout the organization. The Senior Director will be a key strategic leader within IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions who must be able to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives to drive critical projects and initiatives. Responsibilities • Develops, monitors and manages all business-unit wide metrics. • Develops cross-BU workflows and identifies interdependencies. • Tracks major initiatives with finance and serves as a trusted partner to each of the business unit leaders. • Provides leadership accountability and oversight for Contracts and Compliance, sales operations, including SalesForce CRM administration. • Provides strategic direction on process improvement frameworks. • Leads a continuous improvement and business insights team focused on leveraging data. • Interacts with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment with the strategic focus of continuous improvement. • Sets the business strategy for continuous improvement methodologies and tools. • Acts as the primary liaison with business unit finance. • Provides monthly BU metrics for business reviews for senior executive leadership. • Leads a team to develop frameworks to improve quality and customer satisfaction. • Ensures frameworks are in place to synthesize findings and develop practical improvement recommendations. • Partners with various business practitioners on operational design and processes. • Establishes structured, disciplined, and data-oriented processes to identify root causes and solve problems. • Identifies and implements metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements. • Drives change management and readiness of operations. • Delivers excellent customer service and manages expectations appropriately. Requirements • Four (4) year degree / Bachelor of Arts or Science required. • Fifteen (15) or more years prior experience in operations, initiative/project tracking, metrics development and process improvement. • Healthcare technology or analytics-related operations, finance, or project management experience required. • Leadership experience working across multi-disciplined teams with various priorities. • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Project, Smart Sheets and PowerBI. • Ability to adapt to change, handle pressure, and adjust plans to meet changing needs. • Advanced decision-making skills. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines. Nice-to-haves • PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred. • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
