Role OverviewAs a Senior Director, Strategic Account Development - Government you'll own a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and positioning our organization as an indispensable partner. You'll lead day-to-day engagement and growth strategies while driving operational alignment. By building deep relationships, anticipating risks, and coordinating cross-functional solutions, you'll deliver excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires strategic thinking, influence without authority, and the ability to navigate complexity in competitive service environments.
