As a Senior Full Stack Cloud Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale cloud systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the technical direction of our cloud infrastructure. As a Senior Full Stack Cloud Engineer, you'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of our technology and driving business success. Key Responsibilities Drive the technical direction and component guide of large-scale cloud systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Act as a technical lead, contributing to and coordinating the efforts of development teams, including internal and external partners. Determine functional feasibility by assessing research, issue definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Lead the detailed definition of feature requirements through discussions with product managers and clients. Champion continuous improvement by evaluating options and new technologies, and implementing changes to optimize system performance. Prepare and present solutions by determining and scheduling system specifications, standards, and programming. Assess code to ensure it is valid, properly organized, meets industry standards, and is compatible with programs, devices, or operating systems. Mentor junior programmers to enhance their skills and knowledge through guidance, coaching, and training opportunities. Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge development tools, software techniques, and computing hardware by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of programming development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies gained through formal training and/or work experience. Proactive sharing of knowledge and skills of programming development and testing to solve a range of issues. Advanced knowledge of at least one required programming language. Excellent collaboration, communication, negotiation skills, and performance in working with various Innovation or partner teams. Ability to articulate (verbally/visually) ideas, approaches, concepts, decisions, risk, influence, and provide guidance to technical, non-technical, and leadership audiences. Capacity to lead multiple projects, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all accountable work. Ability to guide others and lead ideating, presentations, coaching, and group thinking meetings. Capacity to influence without authority. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations.
