Job Overview As a Senior Customer Insights Analyst on the Professional Services team at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in leading customer-facing engagements, focusing on technical and analytical projects for strategic accounts. Leveraging your expertise in Fullstory and other digital experience and product analytics tools, you will help customers achieve new levels of data maturity, providing tailored solutions based on their objectives, and educating them on opportunities to enhance performance, engagement, and overall value attainment.
