Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Content Data Engineering team. As a remote full-time employee, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our content data models, pipelines, and architectures. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop data pipelines, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain large-scale content data models, pipelines, and architectures Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data pipelines to meet those needs Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data to support business decision-making Develop and maintain data processing pipelines using distributed processing frameworks such as Spark and Flink Work with data scientists, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to enable insights and inform business decisions Bridge the gap between data engineering and the business, providing technical expertise and guidance Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and architecture Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on building large-scale data pipelines and architectures Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala Experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Spark, Flink, or Hadoop Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery Familiarity with data orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow or Luigi Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI What We Offer Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary: $65,000/year Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous parental leave policies Stock options and bonuses for eligible employees Opportunities for professional development and growth Perks and Culture Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Dynamic and fast-paced work environment Autonomy and ownership of work Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools Free Netflix subscription or credit Why Join Us?
