Senior Full-Stack Developer (Next.js + Strapi v5 + PostgreSQL + AI Integrations + CRM Automation)
Project Overview We are building a next-generation Real Estate Portal with intelligent automations and IA-powered workflows. The project requires a senior developer with solid experience in: • Next.js (SSR/SSG/Hybrid) • Strapi v5 (headless CMS) • PostgreSQL • Cloudinary or AWS S3 • CRM integrations (Bitrix24 or Pipedrive) • n8n automations • OpenAI + Restb.ai API integration This is not a simple website — it is a modular, scalable platform with real-time automations and intelligent features. We value clean architecture, documentation, and milestone-based delivery. Core Responsibilities Backend (Strapi v5 + PostgreSQL) • Configure Strapi v5 on staging and production environments • Create and document collections (properties, agents, leads, banners) • Implement authentication (JWT) and RBAC permissions • Develop secure REST/GraphQL endpoints • Integrate Cloudinary for media upload and optimization Frontend (Next.js 13/14) • Implement SSR/SSG hybrid architecture • Property listing pages, filters, dynamic routes • Property detail page with gallery and structured metadata • SEO basics: metadata, sitemap, schema, canonical tags • Connect frontend to Strapi endpoints Integrations • OpenAI (generate property descriptions & insights) • Restb.ai (image classification & property tagging) • CRM (Bitrix24 or Pipedrive) → create/update leads • n8n workflows (webhook → CRM → WhatsApp/email → logs) Deliverables • GitHub repository (clean commits, branches, documentation) • API documentation (collections, endpoints, roles, auth) • Deployment on Vercel (frontend) and Render/Railway (backend) • Working automations with n8n • Basic monitoring and error logs • Final technical manual Requirements • Senior-level mastery of Next.js / React • Senior experience with Strapi v4/v5 • Proven PostgreSQL modeling • Experience integrating external APIs (OpenAI, Restb.ai) • Experience with Bitrix24 or Pipedrive API • Experience building n8n workflows • Strong documentation skills • English or Spanish proficiency Milestones (fixed) 1.
