People (30%) : Foster collaboration with team members to drive value and identify and resolve impediments, acting as a proponent of modern software development practices, and advocating for the end user and stakeholder by becoming associated with the product. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and digital transformation. Experience working in a modern software development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies and extreme programming (XP) principles.
