About the Role: Senior Customer Service Representative In this critical role, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, families, and healthcare providers. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of calls, addressing complex customer issues, and providing personalized support to ensure seamless interactions. Your expertise and empathy will be essential in building trust, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with our customers. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to your colleagues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for other team members and internal customers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Handle escalated calls, resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible. Answer incoming phone calls from customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized support and guidance to address their concerns. Ask targeted questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution. Collaborate with care providers, internal specialists, and other stakeholders to facilitate appointment scheduling, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support to our customers. Empower customers to navigate our websites, encouraging self-sufficiency and independence, while ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need. Own problems through to resolution, providing timely and comprehensive follow-up, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Research complex issues, leveraging multiple databases and support resources, to resolve customer issues and improve our operations. Meet performance goals, including efficiency, call quality, provider satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance, to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive business success. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex systems Ability to successfully complete our Customer Service training program and demonstrate proficiency in the material Flexibility to work any full-time (40 hours/week) shift, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing business needs Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related role, such as office or call center setting Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities What We Offer: At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
