Senior Fullstack Engineer – Web3 User Acquisition Platform Location: Remote – US (EST Preferred) Compensation: $150K – $200K We are a leading web3 user acquisition platform that has powered user onboarding for over 500 protocols since 2021, facilitating over 500 million transactions and serving over 3 million users across 40+ chains. Our platform, which includes gamified activations and unique on-chain credentials, is infrastructure for major players across DeFi, gaming, AI, and NFT ecosystems. Backed by $21M in total funding , we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery across our core platform and new initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of major product features from conception through deployment. You will be instrumental in driving architectural decisions for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring performance and scalability across our complex, multi-chain platform. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Product and Founders to shape product strategy, establish best practices, and mentor other engineers. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Delivery: Own the full development lifecycle for major product features across the entire stack. Architectural Ownership: Drive key architectural decisions for high-scale, multi-chain frontend and backend systems. Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy and work closely with other engineers to execute the vision. Technical Excellence: Establish technical patterns, write clean, maintainable code, and mentor others to ensure high code quality. Performance: Implement PostgreSQL query optimizations and Redis caching strategies to ensure our platform can handle thousands of concurrent users and high transaction volumes. Requirements Experience: 7+ years of professional fullstack development experience in production environments. Frontend Expertise: Deep expertise in TypeScript with strong type safety practices, and extensive experience with Next.js and React application development. Scalability: Experience designing and operating production systems at scale (managing thousands of concurrent users). Backend & Data: Strong experience with Backend API development (tRPC preferred) and knowledge of PostgreSQL query optimizations and Redis caching strategies . Full Stack Proficiency: Excellent debugging skills across the full stack and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): Web3 Background: Experience building Web3/crypto products or multi-chain/cross-chain applications. Blockchain Integration: Experience with Viem/Wagmi for Ethereum interactions and an understanding of on-chain data indexing . Product: Prior experience with crypto wallet development.
