See yourself at Twilio Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Graphic Designer About the job This position is needed to maintain brand consistency across Twilio’s high touch global brand, product, social, and other marketing campaigns. This role will align creative vision, consistently express brand nuance, and inspire campaign evolution across asset creation, digital, print, product, video, and experiential mediums. The Brand team creates meaningful moments for current and future customers, showing the importance of human connection in a noisy digital world. Our dispersed, global team builds our brand through elevated content with engaging, high quality design. We set a creative and aspirational global standard for all Twilions. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Conceptualize and build creative for brand awareness, product, and social media campaigns Create core content assets like reports, ebooks, etc., and build a robust kit of campaign assets to promote and inform audiences across channels Tell rich and engaging stories across channels to create immersive and delightful experiences Collaborate closely with creative peers including writers, lead designers, producers, and creative directors Cultivate cross-functional partnerships across teams and agencies Provide creative feedback on work from creative agencies, regional teams, and external partners Navigate concurrent campaign projects with aggressive timelines Innovate through a mindset of creative problem-solving as plans change and new requirements arise Qualifications Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! *Required: Expert in Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with strong file hygiene Brings a clear design point of view grounded in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, accessibility, and human‑centered outcomes Leads creative projects end-to-end by interpreting briefs, ideating and exploring creative solutions, aligning stakeholders, navigating tradeoffs, and delivering final creative assets Iterates quickly by prototyping multiple directions, testing assumptions, and integrating feedback without losing the core idea Communicates persuasively, translating abstract ideas into actionable plans, facilitating constructive critique, and presenting clear options and rationale to stakeholders Builds brands across channels with systems, guidelines, tone and voice, and toolkits, keeping work on brand while thoughtfully pushing it forward Collaborates smoothly with remote teammates and agencies by setting expectations, giving crisp feedback, and balancing async and live workstreams to maintain momentum and quality Delivers large‑scale campaigns across digital and print—paid social, web, landing pages, email, OOH, and collateral—and manages production details, QA, prepress, and delivery with vendors Works as a seasoned creative who crafts multi‑page documents and reports, scales social assets across sizes and formats, designs arresting visuals, and can mold content and copy for impact Desired: 8+ years of experience in the design field Experience working on content, brand awareness, and/or product campaigns An interest in AI-powered workflows Location This role will be remote and based in Colombia. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
