As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic and innovative Human Resources department. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and develop our company's most valuable asset: our people. We are seeking a passionate, skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to finding and nurturing talent. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals. Key responsibilities: Work closely with the HR Department. Support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding. Assist with the development of HR policies for the company with regard to employee relations. Regular communication with employees and feedback through channels such as corporate meetings, newsletters, etc. Consult management regarding employee relations issues and suggest solutions. Manage company benefits. Requirements Skills: 5 years experience as HR in IT Strong understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, 1:1 etc. Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels High level of teamwork and networking Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness Proactive approach and curiosity Multi-tasking skills At least an Intermediate level of English Would be a plus: Academic experience as an HR (courses, training, certificates) Experience in companies of 500+ people Organizing and holding events online If you're a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a knack for people management and a deep understanding of HR practices, we would love to have you on board to help us build a resilient, high-performing team.
