In this position, you will face the challenge of managing a team in Spain, collaborating with similar teams worldwide to share best practices and ensure global consistency. Your technical expertise in the ThingWorx platform and Kepware's industrial connectivity suite will be crucial to design robust and scalable IoT architectures. In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel across Europe, USA and Asia, consulting with internal customers and managing IoT integration projects. How you will make an impact: • Leading a Spain-based team focused on complex ThingWorx implementations, emphasizing Kepware integration for industrial connectivity. • Designing robust IoT architectures that leverage ThingWorx and Kepware to collect, analyze, and visualize real-time data. • Collaborating with similar teams in other regions to share best practices and ensure global consistency in solution design and implementation. • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. • Consult with internal clients, gather requirements, and oversee project implementations. • Optimizing ThingWorx performance and scalability for large-scale industrial applications globally. Your background: • Deep expertise in ThingWorx platform, including edge computing, machine learning integration, and custom extension development. • Mastery of Kepware's industrial connectivity suite, including protocol configuration, tag mapping, and data logging. • Proven experience in architecting and deploying large-scale IoT solutions in manufacturing, energy, or other relevant industries within Europe. • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, etc.). • Familiarity with Windchill PLM, ERP/SAP and MES is a plus, especially for projects involving enterprise system integration. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills to manage a global, remote team and drive successful IoT initiatives. Ability to do so in English. Spanish is very welcome. Willingness to travel is mandatory.
