About the Role: KeepTruckin is seeking a talented and driven Senior Insurance Partnership Development Manager to launch and scale relationships with leading insurance carriers and brokers. Our telematics and dashcam technology helps customers improve the safety of their operations which has mutual benefits for our customers and insurance providers. Well structured partnerships can help customers control their insurance premiums, while helping Insurance carriers and brokers grow their business profitably. As a Senior Insurance Development, you will own the partner enablement and growth strategies with individual carriers, captives and brokers in KeepTruckin’s Insurance Channel. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial role in which you will work with insurance organizations to create and market scalable programs that benefit both end customers and the insurers. This role would allow you to be the champion of KeepTruckin’s roadmap of integrated insurance partners, and significantly scale our current marketplace and offering for insurance-related partnerships. What You'll Do: • Develop joint programs with Insurance partners and guide partners through the process of piloting and launching programs based on our standard approaches to referral and subsidy programs • Collaborate with KeepTruckin marketing colleagues to develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with partners • Create sales training materials for risk managers, brokers and key stakeholders for KeepTruckin partners • Manage cross-functional projects and and problem solve by aligning stakeholders within sales, finance, marketing, customer success to make your partners’ programs successful • Enable, engage and train Keeptruckin sales teams to leverage insurance partners in the sales cycle to source and close business • Measure, report & forecast partnership sales metrics to Keeptruckin internal stakeholders • Champion, role model, and embed Keeptruckin’s cultural principles What We're Looking For: • 5+ years sales experience with consistent, documented overachievement • 2+ years partnership/channel management experience • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience in building/running channel marketing campaigns, and sales training • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a major plus Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of KeepTruckin's core values.
