Job Summary As a Senior JDE CNC Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' JD Edwards systems, focusing on JDE World to JDE EnterpriseOne upgrades. You will work on large-scale projects and smaller ad-hoc development requests, requiring flexibility, dynamic problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support JDE World to JDE EnterpriseOne upgrades as part of the Version 1 project team, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions. Collaborate with functional and technical colleagues to troubleshoot issues, develop new solutions, and optimize system performance. Conduct performance monitoring and tuning to ensure optimal system efficiency. Adhere to Version 1 standards and policies, upholding the highest level of quality and professionalism. Provide support during Version 1 UK core hours, ensuring timely and effective assistance to our customers. Additional Responsibilities Assist in the support and training of fellow colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of growth and development. Work directly with end-users to identify and define opportunities to streamline business solutions, leveraging technical and user-friendly language. Essential Qualifications Technical Skills A minimum of 7 years' experience in JDE Implementations, with in-depth knowledge of multiple JDE modules. Strong JD Edwards (JDE) and CNC (Configurable Network Computing) skills. Proven experience with: Installation/Upgrades: JDE World to JDE EnterpriseOne upgrades. Tools Release Installation. Security. User Maintenance. Package Builds & Deployments. Oracle WebLogic Server. IBM WebSphere Server. Microsoft Server Administrator. iSeries Administration. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective fixes. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
