Senior Associate Litigation Attorney We're seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our growing practice and help shape the future of high-stakes legal strategy. You will take on a meaningful leadership role from the outset, managing a growing docket of litigations, and directing the work of junior associates. You will become a core member of our successful litigation practice. This role is for attorneys who don't just want to practice law - they want to revolutionize it. You'll work on the cases that other firms are afraid to touch, with the resources and autonomy to pursue strategies that traditional practices would never approve. This position requires an active California license and 5-7+ years of demonstrated success in complex litigation. Knowledge of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, the California Labor Code, and common issues in contract litigation are a plus, but not required. A proven track record of delivering exceptional results for sophisticated clients is required. Appellate experience is a plus. Federal experience is required. What You’ll Do · Develop winning strategies for bet-the-company litigation. You'll handle cases where tens of millions are at stake, designing innovative legal approaches that competitors can't replicate and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. · Lead complex litigations and first-chair trials. You'll spearhead complex commercial disputes, class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and more, from pleadings through trial. You will have a trusted team of other, exceptional and talented attorneys behind you, helping you every step of the way. · Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards. You'll sit in boardrooms during crisis moments, advising on legal strategy that protects billion-dollar valuations and shapes business decisions that affect entire industries. · Build and lead elite trial teams. You'll recruit top talent, develop future partners, and create the kind of high-performing litigation practice that other firms have tried and failed to poach - while generating the revenue that funds your own accelerated partnership track. · Pioneer next-generation litigation techniques. You'll leverage AI-powered legal research, advanced case analytics, and innovative discovery strategies to solve problems that traditional approaches can't crack.
