About the Role As a Senior Manager of Customer Analytics at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and informing strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product, to analyze customer performance and usage data, identify trends and patterns, and generate actionable recommendations. You will communicate your findings and insights to internal stakeholders, including Customer Success Managers and Leadership, as well as senior client stakeholders, to drive informed decision-making and foster long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze current customer data and business strategies across product, marketing, and credit to identify actionable insights and explain performance variances. Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and improvement. Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance partner growth and profitability, converting analytical insights into specific recommendations for fraud detection and authentication, credit optimization, and other key areas. Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to define project deliverables and timelines, and enhance and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer health, usage patterns, and performance metrics. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data-driven solutions. Develop and present key recommendations and findings to senior leadership at blithequark and its customers, supporting Customer Success Managers in creating executive business review reports that create compelling data narratives. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer workflows and improve the overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of proven experience working in data analysis, preferably in a customer-facing role within the fintech industry. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong executive presence, familiarity, and fluency when interacting with senior clients in credit risk. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience working in data analysis, preferably in a customer-facing role within the fintech industry. Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R. Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong understanding of financial institutions and their operations, including lending, deposits, and risk management.
