The Enterprise Digital Experiences team (EDX) is responsible for the product management and design of American Express' proprietary digital products - Amex Mobile App, americanexpress.com, Amex Offers and Customer Personalization. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic digital Senior Product Manager to join the Membership team to own the membership web experience and focus on optimizing live journeys and developing global experiences. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, analytics and effectively engage multiple stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities • Define your North Star, product vision and your roadmap by working with leadership, key stakeholders, and partners • Drive global development for experiences, partnering closely with the Web & Mobile stakeholders • Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria • Communicate the vision of membership, its impact to marketing and other content, and the high-level business needs to leaders across the organization • Lead prioritization and development efforts with scrum team • Embody design-thinking in your practice, including empathy and journey mapping, and UX research • Leverage data and analytics (qualitative + quantitative) to drive informed decisions, experimentation and product strategy • Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements.
