Key Responsibilities: You will be part of our Financial Risk Management team, providing expert advisory services to our clients. Depending on your experience and expertise, your responsibilities may include: • Design, development, and implementation of risk policies, procedures, and strategies across various financial risk types, including credit, market, and liquidity risks. • Risk modelling and validation, as well as model risk management. • Comprehensive end-to-end credit risk management and control. • Capital management and stress testing. • Asset-liability management strategies and models. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. • Risk data strategy and infrastructure, designing & implementing solutions for data integration and governance. As a (Senior) Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts, managing diverse projects, coaching junior team members, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to expand your professional network. Qualifications You are a client-oriented professional with a commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills for building networks. Your analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and structured work approach, combined with excellent project management expertise, enable you to drive initiatives forward. You are courageous, forward-thinking, and proactive. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience from a leading consulting firm or the financial services industry. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you possess the following: • A relevant academic background (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Engineering). • Understanding of financial risks and the regulatory landscape in financial services. • Experience in developing risk frameworks and risk assessment methodologies. • Programming skills for risk modelling and/or data management. • A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. While fluency in Finnish is not required, it would be beneficial. • An in-depth understanding of financial services business models is an advantage. Please note that this position is based at the Helsinki office. While we offer flexibility regarding remote work in Finland, occasional presence at our Helsinki office or at our client’s location is required in this position. Additional Information How to apply?
