Senior Manager, Industry Communications – Community Engagement
About the position Responsibilities • Develop and execute communication strategies that highlight the achievements and initiatives of the Community Sales team. • Create and manage content for newsletters, presentations, press releases, webinars, and other marketing materials. • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, client delivery, corporate communications, and brand to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. • Produce talking points and briefing materials for leadership and sales teams to support industry engagement. • Coordinate and support webinars and virtual events that showcase community engagement and sales success stories. • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of communication assets. • Monitor industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into communication strategies. • Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly. • Develop and manage sales pitch material for campaigns especially the introductory email and talking points. • Develop and manage the client Quarterly Business Review template. Requirements • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles. • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Experience with content creation across various formats and platforms. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in communication tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, webinar platforms).
