Senior Manager, Partner Onboarding (Dublin, CA or USA Remote) • *This can be hybrid work from our corporate offices in Dublin, CA or a 100% Work Remote from your home office position depending upon where you live. The Sr. Manager, Partner Onboarding, will lead the team responsible for implementing new financial institution partners, ensuring a seamless transition from signed agreement to successful launch. This role is pivotal in accelerating deployment timelines, strengthening project management discipline, and enhancing organizational confidence in timely delivery through transparent forecasting, technical readiness, and proactive communication across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with a strong operational mindset. They will partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and Technical Support to ensure onboarding efficiency, accurate ARR forecasting, and achievement of launch and delivery metrics. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Execution • Lead and mentor the Partner Implementation team, driving accountability and performance across the onboarding funnel. • Oversee the implementation of new partners from contract signature through launch, ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage. • Foster a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the team. Operational Excellence • Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks (methodologies, tools, dashboards) to strengthen predictability and speed to launch. • Identify bottlenecks, proactively mitigate delivery risks, and ensure partners move efficiently through every implementation stage. • Optimize resource planning and capacity management to meet aggressive project timelines without compromising quality. Reporting and Forecasting • Own onboarding pipeline and project health reporting, providing accurate, data-backed forecasts of launch readiness and ARR realization. • Deliver regular executive-level reports summarizing project progress, risk areas, dependencies, recovery actions and/or upcoming milestones. • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to align on project cadence, delivery metrics, and revenue recognition. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Partner Success, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and coordinated partner launches. • Provide feedback and data-driven insights to improve partner implementation processes and cross-team efficiency. Process Improvement and Strategy • Drive strategic initiatives to shorten launch cycles, increase delivery confidence, and standardize onboarding playbooks. • Define, track, and report on key onboarding KPIs to continuously improve delivery timelines and deployment success. • Represent the Partner Onboarding function in strategic planning and organizational operations forums, ensuring alignment between execution and business goals. What We’re Looking For Skills and Experience • 6+ years of experience in partner onboarding, client implementation, or project management — ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services. • 3+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success in coaching teams to deliver high-impact results under tight timelines. • Proven success in driving operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy. • Advanced understanding of CRM, project management, and workflow tools (Salesforce, Atlassian, Smartsheet, or similar). • Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making. Base Salary The annual base salary for this position is between $125,000.00 and $140,000.00 depending upon experience and geography.
